Good evening. Tossing around the idea of selling my 1952 CA with a wide front, side weights, and 2 bottom plow. Its been completely restored front to back. I was just wondering what a fair value would be for the package. Thanks

In this area (and a lot depends on your area), it would be about $2000 - $2500.
A lot depends on the quality of the "restoration". Was it a coat of paint or a complete tear down and overhaul? A lot of people expect they can "restore" a tractor and recoup their money. It rarely happens.

. Look on eBay and tractor sales sites for recent SOLD actuals to set your price. Listing prices are fever dreams. Adjust your price by how fast you want to sell. Tractor prices are falling as the economy gets rougher. Fewer homesteaders buying land to break out of the city (work from home is getting ended for many too, so it's back to the city). Do post pictures of the tractor and the relative location for pickup. .

Used in a poor economy will outsell new.

Apparently, the economy is not poor, then. When I go up and down the roads around here, I see a whole lot of new (or relatively new) compact or subcompact tractors (including me). Some have lawn mowers, some backhoes and all have front end loaders. Very few, comparatively, have old tractors. Most that do have the old tractors have a farming past. If I had to choose between having old tractors or new, I would hate to see my old ones go, but there is no way my new compact tractor is going, while I am still able to use it. |

If that tractor were within 100 miles of my location here in northern Idaho for $2000 it would be mine in very short order
