A&W tractor in Wisconsin was having them remade. Don’t know if he got more stocked yet, but if he had the 170 gas style, you can get that and just cut the outlet side to length

You would be best off to call and order what you need.Last I talked to Alex he had the 17 muffler and the 170/175 muffler, but that's been a while now.170/175 has a 1/4 " larger outlet pipe and is 8" longer.(920) 598-1287

I just inquired about these mufflers in the last couple days, he told me he's out of stock on D17 and 170 gas Nelson mufflers, but does have new Stanleys.  Best to contact him directly,    | |

I spoke to Alex back in March and he had gas but no diesel. I ended up buying a Stanley from Shoupe. Never could find one for a diesel.

Chaimers, I talked to Alex today and placed an order. As stated by DCAC he is out of the D17 and 170/175 nelsons and down to the last of the 180/185 nelson mufflers. The 180/185 nelson muffler will work on your d17 with the use of an adapter.According to Dr Allis, in previous posts, you'll like the sound of it on there.Alex says he'll probably be sold out of those after this weekends Allis Connection show.Get your order in soon if you want one. I got a D17\175 and 185 muffler from Alex last summer before they ran out. Glad I did. My 185 muffler was still good but had the outlet incorrectly in the center. Decided to take maybe the last opportunity to get the right one. | |
