Can’t find any locally. I can’t understand why?
There is still plenty of milk and other dairy products.
Just curious as to why?
Still see the heavy whipping cream as well.

Went to the store yesterday and some things are getting scarce.
Couldn't find some things. Cream cheese and sour cream  were 2 of them.

My favorite pies were missing too.

Maybe pulled from shelves until it can be renamed to something percieved less divisive?
Oops, did I just step over the line?

Anybody see the price of butterfat recently? We started feeding vegetable fat in the ration to increase milk fat. Got a Guernsey senior three year old giving 150 pounds of 10% butterfat. I ship to a small plant and they can use all the fat they can get

Haven’t noticed a shortage of that, yet. Have noticed on certain items, there is a lot less of the number of manufacturers of an item on shelves, ie; one or two brands of ketchup instead of the 4 or 5 as usual.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

The half half has been getting scarce for quite some time.
At Walmart in particular.
The local grocery still carries some Holland but I think it’s basically milk and very expensive

Feed baled hay, that will raise the butterfat even with Holsteins.
