I came home tonight and put a new selonoid on the skid loader tonight. Starter still wouldn't work, ford selonoid like used to be on the fender of every pickup. With the switch off I had 12 volts coming out of every one of the 4 terminals. I think it is a 20.00 hunk of junk. Will go to NAPA and get a good 1. Probably cost me $40.00. And them to figure out the snow plow wiring on the plow truck. Ts a home made harness. Gots to be a loose wire is a bad selonoid too. Everything works but the dang plow won't go up or down or side the side.

Dang, it sounds like you got a little on the back side of the power  curve thee.  We got a couple of dustings here.  Was thinking today that I have never gone this far into the winter and did nothing in preparation, like at least getting the blade on the back of the tractor.

Hopefully you got a little heat out there and you start getting some bingo's.
