I don't have that many videos, but do have one that over the years has had over 100,000 views. Others....are not even available for public view. When I want to share the content, I post a link. Otherwise, would never be found.
Have concluded the success of videos is content driven. If you put up a video of something that is of interest to or appeals to a large number of people, it will get a lot of views. It is that simple.
And as others have noted, if the image that appears when the video shows in the search box is a scantily clad women, it will get more clicks. Not sure what to make of a guy who routinely posts videos of his wife parading around with no clothes on.
it may also surprise some that youtube is probably the largest porn site on the Internet. If you are over 18 years of age and log into youtube, there is some pretty gnarly stuff waiting for you if you look for it.
