Tires are only fair..good very usable pressed steel wheels with only surface rust in wear areas..400.00 here in Indiana..file would not upload ..on facebook allis marketplace

Those look like double bevel wheels and not pressed steel. Pressed steel would have welded centers like combine wheels.
