Tires are only fair..good very usable pressed steel wheels with only surface rust in wear areas..400.00 here in Indiana..file would not upload ..on facebook allis marketplace

Rubber Tires get mounted on RIMS, like what you have.
RIMS get bolted or clamped to WHEELS, what you don't have.

Those look like double bevel wheels and not pressed steel. Pressed steel would have welded centers like combine wheels.

This thread is why using standard names as used by the industry is so important. When someone wants plow shares and asks for "Lays" I'll send them potato chips  When you call something by it's proper name, everyone understands.

I guess putting 38 inch on a WF might have been an option...then again...not from New York....
