Got a couple questions about this one. First has anyone seen a valve cover like this one? What are the screws above the valves for? 2nd it has an American Bosch mag,would it be the correct one? Also it has a greaseable water pump which I'm assuming is the original. We have a 35' and another 36' WC and I don't recall them having these features. I know the mags are Fairbanks Morse on them.

Also its early enough that it has a radiator without the temp gauge and 17 inch spoked front rims in excellent condition. Still has the old rubber on it also which is in really good condition.

I can't help you at all, but I just wanted to say that looks like a very nice WC in its work clothes! Does it run? 
Edit: I just noticed the fan belt is an Allis belt...pretty neat!

Yeah it's in its work clothes. Has original paint that should buff out pretty good. Engine is stuck but its soaking now. Has a Nelson muffler which is a plus. Looks to have been stored in the shed most of its life.

I got a 36 and don't think it has the valve cover like that.now I gotta look. Looks like a nice original.

Don't think the valve cover is stock.  I wonder if it's some kind of tappet clearance adjusting system that doesn't require pulling the head.  It should also have an FMJ mag.

I pulled it off just now and they're some sort of breather?? The out side turns and then there's an open hole..no clue what the purpose would be.

Those little brass things are oilers. You turn the top to open and then give a couple of shots of oil into them.  That particular type is still available from antique Ford suppliers as that is the oiler used on Model T Ford springs.  My early Twin City tractors use the same oiler to lube the 16 valves in the head.  Someone in the past has fitted them for valve lubrication.

I believe some of the older Farmall tractors have manual valve oilers like that, don't they? 
Pour oil through the oilers, it goes into a tray with felt wicks that go to the rockers?

I have a special place for the "flat top" WC.  It is the first tractor my father sold. 
This unit looks to be an excellent buy.  Spoke wheels all around.  Wheel weights.  If it runs it is a bonus. 
Congratulations on a GREAT FIND!
Let us know how it progresses.
I am delighted to see another "flat top WC" getting a good home.
