I have a couple front side weights from my dad's 1950 Allis Chalmers b. Can I use these on a 1953 Allis Chalmers CA?

I think you will have to rig up an adaptor to make them fit.

Yes, takes a longer bolt for the front that threads into the bolster and I made a few bushings also that "ride" inside the front hole and cover the bolt shank.
Have em' in the shop somewhere but you just need to heft one of the ol' gals up to align the rear hole after measuring how deep the front hole is. Front bolt length is correct when the rears line up exactly as the front bolt hex head nestles inside the weight hole.
May take a few attempts to get it lined up exactly on the rear hole by adjusting the front bolt so have a cold beer standing by for when you finish as those weights are darned heavy.

I had a pair of b weights mounted on my CA until I found a pair of the correct CA weights about 20 years ago.
