Here is the new addition to my orange herd.  This will allow me to get the 190XT fixed.  I purchased this off of Lynn Marshall.  So far, it is as good as he painted the picture.  No fuel leaks, no oil leaks, no hydraulic leaks, new AC unit, Heat, Lights all work, engine runs strong, clean exhaust, sheet metal good, shifting is good once I finally figured it out.

Twisting that gear shift definitely had me confused.  I finally got it off of the gooseneck after a call to Lynn.  Drove it around to figure out shift pattern.

Never thought I would buy a tractor sight unseen but I just couldn't spend 9 hours one way to look at it and bring it back home.  I wanted to start with a tractor that had a rebuilt engine and working AC since they are quite expensive.  Issues can always come up but I have a better starting point this time.

I had a pleasant experience using fr8star as the shipper and it was slightly below $2/loaded mile.  I am ready for hay season even though the hay isn't growing enough just yet!  Glad you guys close to him chickened out on buying it!  Another gloomy, rainy day in Indiana so pic looks a little dull.

I also finally made to Orange Level in the forum too!

In the barn. Birds nests, leaky heater core, wiring and HVAC control concerns, new radio and speakers, sound deadening. Many dragons to slay. New seat suspension and cab floor mat here and cab kit on the way. Going to have a cab thrash weekend here before it gets hot.

I don't have powershift.   I hope to paint it up later this summer to show up at the local parade and maybe a tractor show.

We will see if time permits for the cosmetic stuff.

Always good to see one working exSW!  Mine is meant for working too.  I have made hay for 10 years with no AC, so this is going to be a little more relaxing this year, I hope!  Guy on the wagon is always jealous of Air. :-)

We have an 8010 and absolutely love it. It has new air ride seat radio and ac with sanden compressor. What a pleasure to plant corn with last Sunday

That's why I got mine. Bought a round baler and needed something to put in front of it. Plus no more feeding cows on an open tractor. Not sure how I'm going to deal with baling in A/C with Social Distortion blasting away.

Figured I'd add my 7010 to the mix.  This is from last spring at planting time.  It's ready to go again this year assuming it quits raining at some point!  The 7010 was my first AC tractor and it's been great.  It's a nice match for this drill and all sorts of other jobs.

I really wanted that 7010 that Lynn had but just couldn't justify it right now. Looks great!

Looks sweet. Spring is such an exciting time of the year. It seems like everyone gets a new breathe of fresh air and life. Mike it's to bad we aren't closer. It would be cool to see your 7010 on your ? baler and my 7030 on a JD566 baler in the same field!! It just has to stop raining!!

Thanks.  I thought I saw a 7000 series in one of your pics.  Agreed on closer.  My Allis hay rake is broke and may never get fixed but would be cool to have that hooked onto the 190XT in the same field too.  Before I tear into the 190XT I may get a pic of raking and baling with my two tractors in the same field just for fun.  I have an M&W 4590 baler that I really need to upgrade.  Thinking about JD466 round baler so I can make 4x5 bales with netwrap.  Fall and winter is a better time to buy a baler though.  The rain is killing us all and more today and the next day and the next day and ...
