Hey guys I'd like to see some pictures of everyone's wd45 with plows like 3 bottom sc , 3 bottom semi mount and 4 bottom semi mount. I'm looking into getting one and I am just curious as to what they look like mounted

Here's one of my WD45 pulling a 73/16" semi mount. Don
3 WD45's with power steering,G,D15 fork lift,D19, W-Speed Patrol, "A" Gleaner with a 330 corn head,"66" combine,roto-baler, and lots of Snap Coupler implements to make them work for their keep.

Thanks for posting charlie and don. Don, does the hydraulic tail wheel give you better depth control, compared to just a gauge wheel, or no wheel?

The tail wheel has nothing to do with depth control.  It just keep the tractor from bearing the entire weight of the plow.  Less prone to wheelies and such when it is raised.  The larger style wheel you see like on my plow was a gauge wheel to set depth.

Gotcha. Nice video. I knew it help with the counter balance of weight, but thought it might also help with depth.

Here is a pic of me and one of my 45's at the Half Centrury of Progress in Rantoul.  I have a 73 mounted 16" plow.  It did a great job and did not plug up like the others did.

In my ground the WD45 will handle the 3 16's just find, I run in 2th gear most of the time it will pull it faster but I don't needd to work the tractor that hard.

The plow was originally a semi-mounted plow, but my beaming screw was completely rusted up and would not turn or allow the hitch to flex as it's supposed to.  So, I borrowed a beaming screw from a mounted plow.  As such, my tailwheel is just along for the ride; it looks good but has no purpose as the fixed beaming screw just picks up the whole plow.
 
I'd like to find a beaming screw for a semi-mounted plow so I could get mine back to original condition.  If anyone has an extra beaming screw for a #73 plow, I'd love to talk to you.  They are not easily found (although I know I've seen a few pictures on here).
 
Here's my plow before the restoration.  Note the semi-mounted beaming screw.

Brain,  My beaming screw was also all frooze up from setting in a woods for 20 plus years. I freed mine up by
heating the female threaded area with a torch and blaster and freed it up
