Any of you NC guys going to make it?...  I think there will be at least one All Crop there... if the owner gets it ready in time.

Murph-NC , do any thing about the grain binder, in the add?  I have a Mc Cormick Improved 8 foot lefthand grounddrive, with spring tension on platform apron I think made between 1915& 1923.  But I don't know alot more.

Here are some photos.

I think the binder in the flyer is this one.  It is a John Deere ground-driven binder that the event organizer bought locally and restored... it mainly needed new cloths and some TLC.  The Samson he's pulling it with was also a local find that he restored beautifully.  Both the binder and the tractor came from different members of the Seitz family, though they weren't the original owners of either one.

This was my grandpa's All Crop that the family sold back in the spring.  You can see the gate my grandpa added to the chute so he could haul more filled sacks til he was ready to offload.  The combine came with the bagger setup, but he switched it out for a bin when his sons left the farm and he didn't have anyone to bag.  The buyer bought both and replaced the bin with the bagger.

Myron,  I hate I missed it but grass and garden took most of my day,  I did however spray a little primer on the 39B.          Tim
