Mine came yesterday, also in a protective envelope.  That's probably the quickest delivery ever down here. Usually, when the first post on this site about someone receiving theirs, I can expect to receive my copy within 3 to 4 weeks. Life is good. God Bless.

Let's see. Gotta come from WI across IL, IN, OH, PA, NY, MA, NH to Maine.
Then figure a few days for my mailman to read it LOL (I can't complain - he's found me more AC tractors than anyone else) I should have mine by March 1.
