  What is pressure rating for a WD45 diesel.  On my diesel the cap will not hold pressure
  has paint over all the lettering.

I s there pressure with cap off while runnung, Might be head gasket

 Radiator cap is bad tested it with cooling system tester, does not hold pressure.
