I pulled the pump off my 220 to have it over hauled. Someone at one time removed all the clamps that seperate the lines and has over time allowed the lines to rub through each other. Of they've been grazed multiple time and #2 is homemade. Are injection lines an agco only deal or is there an alternate source.

I had Scheid Diesel in Effingham Il make a set about 4 years ago. Was putting larger lines on a 210 for pulling. They used my stock set for a pattern. Every thing matched up and looked just like factory.

I'm not sure you can leave any on. Think they're in the way removing pump(pulling it rearward). I know I always remove them all. It's not as bad as you may think. They can be a little tricky getting them positioned right installing but it's NOT THAT HARD!!!!
If you are capable of pulling pump you should be able to fiddle with the lines. Edited by SteveM C/IL - 22 Nov 2019 at 9:11pm |

I took my pump off while leaving the lines connected to the injectors. Wiggle a little but it will come off.

If you do remove all the lines, make sure to TAKE PHOTOS of the lines. Take the photos from various angles. Also, it is advisable to number the lines.
I always take photos before I disassemble anything. Photos are a great reference, when you are reassembling.

ALWAYS use NEW washers for the banjo fittings. This will drastically reduce the chance of a leak.
