peal several of them when fully ripe being careful not to stack to close together.  freeze solid. Wrap a folded paper towel around one end when froze for a handle and enjoy knawing  off  bits of the  best way to really enjoy  eating a bananna.     like a pure bananna ice cream sickle'
Haven't tried dipping one in melted chocolate yet.

My wife freezes them then runs them through the food processor. Makes awesome ice cream. Sometimes she adds a splash of Sugarmakers maple syrup or different flavors.

There's a store here that sells frozen bananas covered in chocolate, or sprinkles, or butterscotch, or cookie dough flavoring, or several other things. I can't eat them because of being diabetic but my girls love them.
