Hi All,
Darrell Grams asked me to post this for him. It's a pic of his latest toy, an Allis-Chalmers Super 100 with the blower. What do you think? ![]() |

This is not the one from Craigs List, this one is nicer than that and has the straw blower. And thanks Ted for posting this.

That is in really good condition, especially if that is the original paint.

What you referring to on the straw blower? The hood doesn't appear to have the flail shaft in it. Dad's 90 had it and it spread straw really nice. Iv'e seen many all-crops without it and was suprised. Must have been optional. Should have been std.

Steve, there is a chopper/blower that bolts on over the straw opening and chops and blows the straw behind the combine. For transporting we put it on top you can just see the end of the tube in the picture.

Thanks for explaining Darrell. I saw that tube and wondered. Never heard of such but am only casual observer of all crops. Dad had a 60 then a 90. That was a night and day experience. Mom didn't miss stitching canvas after a day of gympsun weeds and button weeds and dad didn't miss folding the straw spreader to unload.

That is a nice Super 100 there... And has an extended discharge auger... Does not look like it has the optional 12 foot head nor a Hart Carter grain cleaner... at least the way it looks. Good find. Our 100 came with a higher sides on the bin 12 foot head and 9 foot bats. Don't know for sure but I think they all came with hydraulic steer brakes...?
