I'm gonna say it looks like the rear part of a front mounted cultivator, like one for a WD.
Looking at the past to see the future.

Duct tape.... Can't fix stupidity. But will muffle the sound of it!

Field cultivator but I have never seen a hitch like that on one.

It's a field cultivator missing the gauge wheels. Looks like it is missing part of the hitch.

Those 2 bars fasten where the draw bar bail hooks, and the top hooks to the lift arms.

3 WD45's with power steering,G,D15 fork lift,D19, W-Speed Patrol, "A" Gleaner with a 330 corn head,"66" combine,roto-baler, and lots of Snap Coupler implements to make them work for their keep.

where did this fall into the progression of the snap coupler?  older or retro fit on a tractor without snap coupler?

This is the rear tool bar for my D 12 ,I have the workers for on bar .Sold front  cult. years ago . Used this when working corn on farm .
