Not anymore, had mine done 15 years ago but I know that company quit, sorry, no help.

I don't know of a recover but I think I have a nice one from my 7030 parts tractor.

There are a number of automotive places that restore steering wheels.
The Eastwood company sells a kit to do it yourself
