Yes, they work on the D14. Except, it's more difficult to set the markers due to the position of the seat.

I just used the wheels.

Like Joe said with the tires on the tractor set to fit the row of thee planter you don't need makers on the planter just drive the tractor back in the tracks of the last pass.
3 WD45's with power steering,G,D15 fork lift,D19, W-Speed Patrol, "A" Gleaner with a 330 corn head,"66" combine,roto-baler, and lots of Snap Coupler implements to make them work for their keep.

I set mine all the way out and run the front tire right next to the rear tractor tire track for 44" rows.
