I'm replacing the seal and hose on the 3pt lift on a D15 series2. when I pulled off the rear end assembly I found 2 roll pins laying in the cover. They are about .320 in diameter 1 is about 2.75 in long. The second appears to be about .5 in and broke at one end. Question is where did these come from as I don't see any place. Did the twin sister last year an no extra parts in that one! These are consectutive serial numbered tractors and both have almost the same hrs.

Only roll pin in that area is the one that holds the spider gear pin into the differential carrier. I'd be looking real close at that.

The two lift shafts are held togather by two split pins.    MACK

Kurt... when I did my D-14, I had local hydraulic shop make up the hose with a SWIVEL ftg on one end(cylinder end). I made installing the hose easy as it 'laid' better. Also 1/2 cost of Agco....
I know too late now...but ..something to consider for the next time.

jaybmiller   Have not had hose made yet sounds like good idea and as for next time these lasted 50 years and I wont be around in another 50!Think this new Chinese and Japanese will even last 50! Thanks guys for the Quick answers. Kurt

After further examination I have found that the short piece came from the one side of the lift assembly. I'm figuring that the long piece was left in the rear cover at assembly 50 years ago!
