The Gleaner K on their page looks way too nice to be scrapped.

That's what they're known for. Started with the --00 series combines, and has kept on until today. I only know of one Gleaner that caught fire in our area. It was an L2 that had a hydraulic hose bust back by the engine, and it caught fire.

A neighbor had a Gleaner set a wheat field on fire about 25 years ago. It lost a bearing and started throwing sparks. The Gleaner survived but the wheat crop went up in smoke. |

I live 10 miles away from Bryant Combine Parts. Looked at buying an F there a couple years ago. when I asked the gentlemen behind the counter if I could see it run he asked me to come back in a couple days as the weather would be a little warmer.
Was right around 45 degrees. Kinda lost my business, Haven't been back since

I'm about 10 miles NW of Bryant combine. Bought parts there before and we have had good experiences there.
