Experiencing a leak. I removed a huge 3-4in snap ring. Now face with a metal flange / washer that has 2 pre drilled holes. I tried screwing in 2 bolts to reverse out. Didn't budge. Ive reversed car drums out this way. Need some advice. Thanks.
