It appears that Fiat has split CNH and Iveco Trucks off of Fiat into a separate company called Fiat Industrial.  This is what seems to happen when they want to sell off a division.  I wouldn't be surprised to see them get bought yet.

A quick look at Fiat shows a company that is into many things and in many countries.

But since that they have spun off the Iveco and CNH separately as a different company with its own stock.
I agree they are a big outfit with their fingers in a lot of pies.

Agco is supposed to buy CNH, I dont know about Iveco.

There was talk of Agco buying them from Fiat but it did not pass.  However, now that it is a separate public company, Agco could do a takeover hostile or friendly, whichever CNH wants to do.
