As seen at Jamestown Lakefest 2017

1967 Dodge Coronet R\T 2-door Hardtop 440 V-8 Magnum

Owned by Lewis Mann of Jamestown, Kentucky.

In the late 1970s, I owned an identical 1967 Coronet 440, except mine was Bold Orange, it had Hurst 4-speed and N50x15s on the back, with those anti-wrap bumper things on the rear axle; that thing was wicked !

I never owned a vehicle that generated so much interest as that Coronet; everybody wanted it.

My parents bought me a 1966 dodge coronet station wagon as my first car in 1976. Paid $200 bucks for it. Slant 6 , 3 on the tree.Drove it all through my high school years. What a great gift to give your teen age son. 😁

That first/top photo in the post above, taken nine years ago in 2017, with the people sitting in front of the Kay's Bestway Grocery Store, I didn't get out the seeing eye glass and count heads, but I am guessing less than a dozen people and I don't recognize most of them; but, at a glance, I can see three people that have been in the graveyard for at least five or more years; Claud Cape, Preacher Tucker, and Calvin Davis; plus a fourth one not in the photo = the guy who owns the Grocery Store.
