          Like the title I need to know the paint scheme for my 1957 14. Also would like to find out the where and how of it's actuating linkage for the belt drive pulley(lever is there on top the torque tube but nothingelse

Mine has that same lever. It don't have a pulley though. Mine are under the shields on the side, seems like there would be an easy way of working it.

Go to my post, I posted a couple of pictures of my D14 here; she's in her work clothes with all original paint, so I know its correct.
 
 
The paint scheme will be the same, although your decals will be the older style with the oval "D14" logo. Like I said all will be the same, as far as the sheet metal, rims, etc. - the color is Persian Orange #1, wheels are orange centers with "galvanized" rims. Mine's all original, except for the front wheels which we repainted. Hope this helps.
 
Dont forget to post us some pictures when you get the old gal shined up!

           Just need to repaint the rear wheels and hubs. Right now hubs are cream and the wheels are silver and one wheel is transport yellow(was all I had when I welded that wheel up).
