They are called lcg, low center of gravity,and some were made like that , mostly for highway depts and the brushogging

I'm surprised no one grabbed that one yet! That is a good deal even if it doesn't run. I had to go to California to get these, a high clearance and an LCG.

Changing the rear wheels/tires and the front spindles would bring it back to the normal height or was there more done to it?
