You might be able to take a crow bar and raise it up enough to take the weight off of the affected roller. Unfortunately most all of them rollers require some ladder work, to adjust... Good Luck!Wink

I took a video and looked it over from my chair and I could see the lock nut on the hanger bolt.  I'll probly set up the scaffolding.

If I remember right, there is a flat spot, on the threads of the hanger, and a nut below the roller wheels, tighten the nut while holding the bolt...  Don't remember the sizes, unfortunately...Wink

That is the way it works.  I have it shut and with enough effort can slide it open and closed.  After I put more thought into it I think I can pry the door up and put a block under it to where I can adjust it.  I kept it closed all last winter. Mainly because I had lumber stacked in front as well as the saw.
