I would like to buy an alternator bracket, or see a few pics of brackets for a B/C/CA to get ideas to fab one. My engine has the bracket bosses. Any help will be appreciated.

Larry, I used the original bracket on both the 45 and the CA. The 45 I just cut a piece of pipe for a spacer and used a longer bolt up front. The CA I needed a pulley so I made one with a longer hub so things lined up using the original mount.

Any mount that works on a C will also work on a B. But not always the other way around as the steering rod (chicken roost) makes for a tighter fit for the alternator on a C or CA than on a B. Have a smaller alt. off a Mitsubishi pickup on one of our Cs that we were able to adapt the original gennie bracket for. Wish I had a picture for you. Kip

I really appreciate the feedback, input, and the great links. I had checked with Steve at B&B, and he no longer makes one for a B. I didn't have a good vision on how to do that, but I do now. Thanks for taking the time to share your ideas.
