Brand new member, my 1st tractor, a 40s era model b with front end loader. I finally got the seized engine broken loose and running well but periodically it tries to seize up while running. It stalls the engine and sometimes is hard to turn over but after a few minutes starts and runs well again. I'm reading good oil pressure and cool engine temp. I've had the head off numerous times and tried to blow out all the oil and coolant passages.. Any ideas for me??

I would bet you have corrosion  on outsides of piston that takes up wall clearance. You said it "was" stuck. Unstuck and clean are two different things. Pull the head again and knock the pistons out to ensure all is well. Bet you find your answer.
