Get a liner kit at an auto parts store.  It takes a little while but probably cheaper and quicker than you can get a tank.  The kit I bought was around $80, just so you don't get sticker shock.  Follow the instructions to the letter.

IIRR, Hinmoto E series tractors use the same tank.  Can't  remember the number, maybe E-20 or E-30.  I'd try lining the tank first.  If I needed it desperately, I'd think about wiring on a  lawnmower fas tank, its ugly, but works...Wink

If it is just pin holes, get the tank lined just like John mentioned.
