Gatz, Don Bradley would likely know as he was talking of building shipping stands for 230/262 a few years back. Mentioned he wanted to ship the stand to customers so they could send him their engine for folks like me who wanted a rebuild but not ship the entire tractor to his place.

It will be close to 1,000 lbs + the shipping crate and no oil or water, if you are shipping it.
3 WD45's with power steering,G,D15 fork lift,D19, W-Speed Patrol, "A" Gleaner with a 330 corn head,"66" combine,roto-baler, and lots of Snap Coupler implements to make them work for their keep.

Fastenal is an awesome way to ship. They only ask for an estimate of what item weighs. They call it 3PL shipping. I recently had a 262 as you discribed shipped 700 miles for $125.
