I know about the flex rings. My question is to check for sure. I remember on here talking about how to check, but cannot find it. Thanks. PS I changed filter, cleaned sediment bowls {both} and checked flow.

Loosen the two little screws in the small rectangular plate on the side of the pump. Allow it to bleed some fuel out. Start the tractor and let it run this way. It makes a bit of a mess,but if the tractor will now run, then the check valve fitting in the top of the pump is probably restricted.
