I just replaced 2nd gear, got it back together and my 3pt goes up but the only way to get the arms to go down is to shut off the tractor and hold the lever ahead, and when you restart it they creep up on their own. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Mack- thanks for the info. The plunger on the traction boster was sticking and would not let the oil flow. PERRY
