Hello, New to forum and can not find where to adjust the brakes on my ACC50 forklift.  It has the "strap" not the star adjustment.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

look at the post about Jan 16, 2021 ... has photos of the "STRAP".. apparently you adjust it prior to assembly and it does NOT change... Take dimension and go from there.. read the posts below the photos...

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

I saw and read that post, but I did not see where they said how to adjust.  I guess I need to reread it? Will look at that post again.

Thanks

bottom of the page... JAY said...

Be sure to measure the brake drum diameter, subtract 1/4" and use that number to set the 'adjuster' so new shoes fit INSIDE the drum....even 3/8" less is good. You need them 'smaller' so you can 'wiggle' the tire/drum unit back on cause the bullgear  has to mesh with the pinion. Good news is yours are 1/3rd the weight of what mine are...
Like them all, but love the "B"s.
