Ok, probably doesn't sound like a manly topic for an allis chalmers forum, but here's the story. My wife collects old singer sewing machines, and she is now on a mission to collect one of each color of these little miniature singer machines. So far, she has the white one. I am not really sure what other colors there are, but if anyone runs across one of these mini feather lights for sale in an antique shop, at an auction, or anywhere, please let me know. So you ask, how does this relate to Allis. ..? Well, if I support my wife's collecting habit, then she is a little more supportive of my orange addiction. Thanks, Darrel

You need to wrangle up a secret stash of them, to be given to her, as you accumulate more AC tractors, and stuff.  1 singer fer each tractor, or 3:1 fer implements...Wink

I seen probably a dozen in my travels.  Never seen any but black, so I guess she should be very happy with her white one.  One thing you do need to be careful of is the Chinese ones. they look identical.   Started bringing them in back in the late 90's.

Is it a real miniature?  It really works?  How big are they?  Any other info?  I go to auctions and have come upon Singers, but was never interested.  Maybe I'll have to pay attention now for ya.

My mother had a black feather weight one. My wife had a green miniature one, but it was not light weight.
