I have an old postcard with lights similar, on an unstyled WC.

I thought this might be one of those?

Or lights from an electric U??

The paint is orange on the backside.

looks like homemade light bar for like ona loader, not one off an IH "H" or "M" or any other Farmall tractor.

It doesn't look like a home made unit. Looking at the light brackets that are on the bar, looks like if you loosen the nut, you can slide the lamp on the bar in any position. It may be an aftermarket "universal" light bar of some sort. Interesting to say the least.
