Nice looking loader, it looks like Coke's machine

Looks like the E has a higher lift to the bucket with that linkage . The problem with my 5G is i need to make a ramp to load tandem dumps with sideboards .
The filter can should have the AC filter numbers on the rim of top cover. AC Delco not  Al Chal
Have fun with you 5E and keep it running smooth , 2-71's run wide open all the time when working it so wear ear protection.

The left sproket is in good shape, the right is pretty bad...going to try and build it up. the left brake needs adjusted, left clutch is out of adj....the motor was running on 1cyl, the fuel system hadnt been drained in avery long time....dug out enough junk to fill a qt can...now it runs great..!

You can buy sprocket rings that weld to the spokes on present sprocket area of drive.
these can be installed without tearing down the machine by cutting between 1 and 5 tooth count, remove that section and slip over side beam, then welding it back up as it is welded to spokes. I did one where rather than tear full machine down I cut the side beam and removed the outboard bearing , replaced the axle and sprocket , then welded side beam back.
Before I cut beam I drilled and tapped 3 plates to keep alignment right , then cut and when I welded back I used to plates to hold position. Right sprocket seems to be first to go as the machine seems to always load to the right , by operator preference.

are you changing the pins and bushings also? just changing the sprocket will not totally solve your problem, as if pins and bushings are very worn, excessive wear will occur on your new sprocket. i have alot of hd5 parts, i will check on extra sprockets and get back to you. if you need other parts, let me know.
