Need information on the brakes on this beast. Bendix, Raybestos, and Wagner have been great help on this project. Case is AWOL on all information. Their recommendations include "drag your foot". Just thought some of you guys had run across this problem. Need master cylinder replacement ideas.

What year is the 780? It should have air brakes....normally no big mysteries.

Eric, the 780 is an early one, probably 1971. It has air over hydraulic brakes. Case keeps all the part numbers proprietary. i found the wheel cylinders are very common after taking one off and finding the Wagner Number. The master cylinders are a mystery, but i found one off a Clark forklift that looks adequate. I could sing you the worst country and western song ever about trying to find parts for the air compressor.

Sounds like you're winning but with sweat on your brow. I'm on my third Case b/h with air (all air), the oldest was a '75 and they've been easy for service and parts. Have you tried for info on Case forums?
