| It's snowing here in Missouri so I start to think of warmer times and horsepower. Just for fun, I was wondering what is the biggest tillage equipment you all pull with your Allis? Anyone using a 30ft Field cultivator behind a 7080 or 8070? I have a 5 shank Blue Jet subsoiler that I use. Could a 7045 pull it? I'll admit to running some green paint, but I always like to wonder "what if" I had just bought all used Allis. (still use my 7010 and C). |

| I pull a 25' cultivator with my D-21. I have a BlueJet Tillage Pro with 7 shanks @ 20" and narrow points. At 10" deep, front discs down and the rear discs just knocking off the tops, I need every bit of 200hp. Since the BlueJet is a left over from my bigger farming days, I don't have anything of my own to pull it so swap my grain truck use with a neighbour for either a 8400 or MX 200. |

| We pull a 24 ft. Wil-rich field cultivator with a 7045 (160hp) and a 23ft MF. disc.(I know, but it was cheap.) We 've also used our 7020 (135hp) on the disc in the fall. Neighbor has a JD 5 shank ripper (3pt) that I'm going to try next fall with our 7045. Depends on how deep you go but I think it should work.. |

| My 7060PS pulls a 24' field cult.with 3 bar harrow, also pull 7 shank chisel at 14" deep,it has dual Firestone Radials,don't pull both at the same time,lol,power is not a problem but traction is sometimes borderline. |

I pull this 5 shank Unverferth 110 inline zone builder 14-16" deep with my 79 7060 - 2nd gear low range PD tranny. It is a load for it. My kids love driving it. So do I. Also have a 24.5' AC 1300 with 3 bar harrow that it pulls. You can see the K2 peeking out behind the tractor in the background of the photo.

Eric - when you reply to a post and want to add a pic, hit the button that looks like an arrow inside 2 step stair case that opens up the full "Post reply" window. There hit the button that has the green tree in it to add a picture. It opens a window with several fields on the right hand side. First thing, delete the "http://" in that "image URL" field. Next jump over to another window that has your Photobucket album open in it. For the picture you want to post, copy the line in Photobucket that says "direct link" and paste it in the "image URL" field back on the add picture window in the Allis Forum. Then click OK at the bottom of that window. Your pic will appear in your draft post and you can finish posting it. Try that with your other 7060 pic and see if works for you. I have a 7060 and 7080 both running 210hp. I pull an 11 shank chisel plow with 3.5in twisted shovels, a 4 shank tye paratill, a 24ft DA1300 field cultivator, and a 26ft DA2500 disk. I have had the chisel plow and field cultivator behind my 7040 (136hp) it handles them just a gear slower. |

| I pull a 42' pheonix harrow with my 7060 (190 hp) at 9 mph or so in 2nd fast. Weve used it with a 13 shank chisel plow 18" deep in 2nd slow, sometimes we had to flip the wings up in hard ground. We pull a 5 shank inline unverferth ripper with a NH TG285 (240 hp) with front duals and it is all it wants 20" deep. |

| 40' JD springtooth with 7.5in sweeps with 8070 FWA in 6th low to cover the most ground. Hardest pulling would be either a 25' Wilbeck disc in to the spools with the 8070 in 2nd low, or a 21' chisel behind a 7040 in 1st low range high. My dad used to talk about pulling center-pivots out of wet fields with the 7040 hooked to the front of my uncle's 7050 and the front end of the 7050 never touching the ground for the full half-mile pull. |

The tread is backwards to reduce roughness. We did that on our old hardi sprayer. At least that was what I've always been told. |

 6 shank unverferth ripper, in some spots it will stop my 8550 dead in her tracks at just 15 inches deep, thats hard ground that needs ripped. In good ground not in desperate need of ripping I can run it 28 inches deep at 8 mph.
