Appears he is 'dozing' with a snow blade, tractor doesn't seem to be happy moving dirt with that blade either.

Goveners are not working it keeps dieing out does not open up like a M or a U should.

If they would figure out why it is running like a 2 cyl. JD, it might have enough power to push some dirt.
