I recently  installed electronic ignition in my WD45.  Now I would like to replace the coil and plug wires and I'm looking for suggestions for manufacturers/vendors that would give me the best bang for my buck, for a working (part time anyway) tractor...

Thanks in advance for your help!

If you used a Pertronix module, I would use their "Flamethrower" coil. That's what I used on both my CA and Oliver 60. I also opened the plug gaps to .045. I also used Borg Warner plug wires. I forget what application I got them for, but it was a 4 cyl engine with a separate coil. If you're going to have the extra ignition voltage available, might as well make use of it.
