Is it possible to change the 3 point lift hoses with the platform in the normal position? I had to get a lift cylinder resealed and the hoses look terrible but I dont see a good way to change them. Any tips?

The two hoses going to 3PT cylinders connect togather to a steel line in center at rear by top link. Yes they can be changed from rear. MACK
