Came across a Caterpillar undercarriage conversion guide. Here is their recommendation for HD6G:

Allis Chalmers 6.50 pitch- convert to D4 6.75" pitch

Use 3K5841 rim

Buy 1V7074 chain

(of course new shoes would be required)

They have no recommendation on rollers.

11-B:

Allis Chalmers 7" pitch- convert to D5 6.91" pitch

5S034 adapter with 7T4732 segments

Buy 1V7077 chain, add shoes

use 6S9539 rollers, drill and tap Allis frame, add 3/4" spacer plate
