GOT A 301 IN A GEN. SET NOT PUMPIN ANY FUEL(PLUNGERS STUCK?). WONDERING IF I COULD PRESSURIZE THE FUEL INLET TO UNSTICK THE PLUNGERS?

Could be meatering valve stuck. Pull top off and check if the link that sticks up the tallest moves free. MACK
