I don't think a paint job qualifies as a half restore. Just my $0.02

Man you guys are critical
a couple things to consider
 
You do not have all the facts
 
They may have run out of money therefore are selling the tractor for money and that is why it is a half restoration because he can't finish it
and  he may be a member or someone on the site.
 
Can't be upset at people selling parts off tractors and people that are trying save them.

Ther are some on this site that are a might critical, a fair share of correct police, but most are really helpful. One shouldn't be too thin skined and start casting stones at us old farts if we poke a little fun now and then. These same guys will mostly be the first to reach out and lend a hand. Mike
