Track was a mess.   They watered it yesterday and last night got a downpour of about 1" in 5 minutes.    Disked it up trying to dry it up, but there was some major humps and dumps.    If you made it past the 240 mark, you were good for another 30'.   Well, I pulled 243' or so and two other pullers(an International 686 and Ford 5000) made it past me so I took 3rd.   I was happy with it and I got my first trophy.   My nephew took a video.   I will post a link to it later when he gets it loaded up.   Tractor pulling is getting much more fun when you're actually competitive with everyone else.  Not much of an orange showing today.   there was a CA, a D10, a WD, and my D19.

I've been hoping my nephew would have had it up by now, but he works second shift.   I'll try and light a fire under his butt.

That is the 8500 lb no turbo class, 73 pto hp max.   The 686 that beat me also lightened up and pulled in the 6500 class, but that is supposed to be 56 pto max, and a 686 stock is like 66.   I suprised noone protested as he won that class also.   Without any weights on, me and the D19 weigh 5900 so I could go in much lower classes but alot of the stock farm  classes around here have hp limits also.    I just think that I should pull in the classes where I am supposed to be in.   One more pull next Sunday and then I think I'm done for the year.
