Are there any 4 cyl motors that I can put in a 190? I am wanting to shrink my 190 to a smaller tractor.

a model 433 from an F2/F3 combine would probably work quite easily. I don't know why anyone would want to shrink a 190 though - it's usually the opposite!

I'd get a smaller tractor before I did that swap. You'll kill the value of the tractor.
