I bought some weights for a 7045.  They are the solid ring style, probably ~ 3" thick, must weigh ~ 300-350 each.  I want to put 2 on the left, 1 on the right.  There is a 3 hole bolt circle towards the outside on the tractor as well as on the weight.  There is also a 6 hole circle on the tractor and on the weight, but the on the tractor, it's a 3/4" hole for carriage bolt, but the hole in the weight must be 1 3/4 or 2". . .How do you mount these securely?

I'll take a stab at this one...... Use the outer three holes. The inner six holes are larger so you can put the 3/4 carriage bolts through to the outside of the casting for section weights or the flower-pot style dual hubs. Anyone else help on this one??

If these are the weights your talking about I think the only way there supposed to go is on the inside of the wheel. I mounted mine with the 3 3/4" bolts.

Thanks guys and esp. 7060 for the picture.  It looks like you have 2 weights mounted there, correct?  I was hoping to put those on the outside, but if they're inner weights, that's what I'll do.  I did not know that.  Would be a tight squeeze getting the dual clamps in there, but thought it might have worked.

So, if you could confirm there's room for 2?

Yes, I have 2 on each side. I think the operators manual says you can put 3 on each side.

Thanks so much 7060.  That's exactly what I have and what I needed to know.
