| My D14 is somehow not getting full power to the PTO. Running my haybine, the PTO slow to a crawl in thick stuff. My forward speed is not changed, just PTO power. I'm not sure how this can even happen. Any ideas would be appreciated. |

I don't know much about those new tractors but there must be a clutch somewhere that is slipping? | I don't think there is a clutch for the PTO on the D14. It uses the main clutch on the engine flywheel. If its slipping, your forward speed would also slow. Does your haybine have a slip clutch somewhere? |

| If the PTO really is slowing down, it has to be the foot clutch slipping (which would also slow down your ground speed) so the next time it does this "slipping", stand on the brakes really hard and try to kill the engine. If the tractor stops moving, the foot clutch is slipping. If it kills the engine, you have a belt on the haybine slipping that drives the machines sickle. |
