I am looking for a set of bolts that push the wheel wedges out of the wheel in order to move the wheels in. I need this for the 220 I just got home a couple of weeks ago. Let me know if you have any or if you have the specs for making a set.

Thanks,

Shawn

special bolts, odd thread pitch. best to just get from agco. to many people try to make something work, but they rarely do.

7/8' bolt with 12 pitch thread. Just did the 210 yesterday 220 is next week. Sorry im not at the shop for the lengths but they are considerably longer than a 190s. Will be making a set most likely next week.

All you need to do is thread your bolt into the halfmoon peice on the axle and then take a piece of steel over the hole that goes into the casting. weld a nut onto the end of the rod to attach a impact. the thing is you dont want to pull the collar out but push the casting off of the collars toward the tractor. i did this to the d 21 that havent been off in 40 years with the helpof a rosebud and an air impact hammer. we had to heat them twice with a half hour wait in between heatings. had them off in about 45 minutes.

D21 is like a 190 with 3 bolts. 210/220 is like 7000/8000 series with the two halves, and 6 bolts. (4 on 7010,7020, 8010?) Best to tap the holes first, then use anti seize and lots of patience.
